The National Order of the Arrow Conference returned once again to Indiana University in 2009, the first national conference in three years. The theme for this year's conference was "The Power of One". As expected, multiple piece sets continue to be the norm for many lodges. Special, limited run, "contingent" or "delegate" issues continue to proliferate.
